In Vietnam she advised multinational clients at Baker McKenzie and DFDL Law Firm on employment, compliance, corporate, and M&A matters, including workforce restructurings involving hundreds of employees and due diligence on cross-border transactions. In the United States she earned her LL.M. at the University of Georgia School of Law and an MBA at New England College, then practiced insurance defense and employment litigation in Georgia and California.
